Helping women in tech to connect, develop and thrive.
Tenth Revolution are proud to announce the launch of our new mentoring program, Mentor Me.
The number of women in senior leadership roles in tech still hovers at around 9%. Mentor Me is a new initiative designed to empower the next generation of female leaders to succeed.
We match mentors from our extensive network of senior leaders across the tech industry with professionals who are ready to take the next step forward in their career.

“Joining the Mentor Me program was one of the best decisions in my entire career… it opened up my eyes. It made me think about the hard questions and find the harder answers. It’s a great experience to connect with other people, hear about amazing experiences, and go home with great advice.
[My mentee] did amazing work even in the first session. I felt my job was to ask her questions and prompt her to dig deeper as well as make her feel she had a safe in her mentoring space. I wanted her to bring her authentic self during the time we had. I feel privileged to play a small part in her mentoring process. She’s awesome.”

This program is open to anyone currently working in a tech role. We are committed to helping our customers achieve gender parity in technology, therefore we will prioritize applications from women.
For mentors
We work with mentors of all genders with at least ten years’ experience working in tech.
What does it cost?
The program is free for both mentors and mentees. However, we ask that all participants consider making a donation to one of our selected charity partners as an indication of their commitment to the program.
What will it involve?
For mentees
We’ll ask you to complete a short application process, telling us a little more about who you are and why you think you would benefit from mentoring.
For mentors
We’ll give you training on how to facilitate a mentoring relationship. Participation in this training is mandatory.
For both
Once we’ve matched you, we ask that you commit to meeting once a month, for six months, and that you respect that time commitment.
