Our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact
We proudly participate in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), a voluntary initiative encouraging businesses worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies and report on their implementation.
We are committed to aligning our strategies and operations with the UN Global Compact principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and we recognize all 17 of its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We have aligned ourselves with the following five goals, which are most relevant to our business:

We are committed to achieving wellbeing goals that support our employees’ mental and physical health and resilience, as well as creating a positive work environment.

- Our charitable work with St. Martin’s School in Kenya is supporting pupils with their education and access to life-changing opportunities
- Through our specialist brands, we’re matching people at all stages of their careers with new job opportunities, enabling them to build on their professional experience and develop life-long skills

Tech’s Leading Women
Our specially commissioned white paper features insights from 36 of the UK tech industry’s most senior female leaders and shares invaluable lessons on how businesses can support women in tech. We also filmed a six-episode vodcast series to delve deeper into our findings.
MentorMe
Our MentorMe program aims to empower the next generation of leaders to succeed, and we do this by matching mentors from our network of senior leaders in tech with professionals looking to progress in their careers. It’s free, with the option to donate to our global charity, St. Martin’s School in Kenya.
Partnerships
We have built partnerships with numerous initiatives across the tech space to catalyze change and tackle gender inequality. Examples include:
- Women in IT Summit & Awards – longstanding premium sponsors of this flagship event showcasing EDI advocates and promoting inclusivity in tech
- Investing in Women – supporters of this leading jobs board, career coaching hub and gender diversity consultancy
- Coding Black Females – ally to this inspiring community of Black women in tech in the UK
- Black Women in Tech – champions of this not-for-profit organization that strives to normalize black female excellence in the tech sphere

Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.
We are committed to embedding sustainability measures into our policies, strategies, and processes and raising awareness of climate change with our employees. We are also setting targets with the SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative), enabling us to monitor and benchmark our progress.

People & Planet goals
Equality, diversity and inclusion
As part of our commitment to long-term action on EDI, we are setting goals that will help steer our activities and enable us to strive toward obtaining and maintaining a higher Inclusion Index Score in our employee engagement surveys. We will publish these goals on our website, once they have been approved by our Board.
Wellbeing
In our Your Voice Matters survey, we ask our global workforce to rate their response to the statement: “I believe that my health and wellbeing are taken seriously by the company” and we aim to outperform industry benchmarks for our Wellbeing Engagement score, based on this question.
Sustainability
The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) has approved our near-term science-based emissions reduction targets, as summarized below:
- Tenth Revolution Group commits to reduce absolute scope 1 GHG emissions 42% by FY2030 from a FY2022 base year.
- Tenth Revolution Group also commits to increase active annual sourcing of renewable electricity from 0% in FY2022 to 100% by FY2030.
- Tenth Revolution Group further commits to reduce scope 3 GHG emissions from business travel 51.6% per full time employee by FY2030 from a FY2022 base year.
- Tenth Revolution Group finally commits that 77% of its suppliers by spend, covering purchased goods and services, capital goods, upstream transportation and distribution and upstream leased assets, will have science-based targets by FY2030.
Spotlight on EcoVadis
In 2023, we retained our Silver Medal status* from EcoVadis, a globally recognized assessment platform that rates an organization's sustainability performance.
We improved our score by seven points compared to our previous annual assessment, taking our score up to 66/100, just four points away from gold. This also positioned us among the top 13% of all companies currently rated by EcoVadis and the top 6% of companies within the employment placement industry.

- Our latest score moves us into the advanced threshold overall
- 10 points gained in the Labor & Human Rights category, classing us as advanced in this area
- 10 points acquired for Ethics, our best-performing area, with a score of 80/100
- Rated as intermediate on Carbon Management, up from beginner previous year
- Listed in the 87th percentile of rated companies on EcoVadis (compared to 78th previously)
Our new score was an excellent acknowledgment of all our hard work in 2023 and we will look to make further progress throughout 2024.
