Our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact
We proudly participate in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), a voluntary initiative encouraging businesses worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies and report on their implementation.
We are committed to aligning our strategies and operations with the UN Global Compact principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and we recognize all 17 of its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Women in Tech
Our Women in Tech practice connects customers with women working in technology and advocates for equal opportunities for women. We provide various consultative services, from supplying diverse candidate shortlists to advising customers on how to retain women in their workforce.
Tech’s Leading Women
Our specially commissioned white paper features insights from 36 of the UK tech industry’s most senior female leaders and shares invaluable lessons on how businesses can support women in tech. We also filmed a six-episode vodcast series to delve deeper into our findings.
MentorMe
Our MentorMe program aims to empower the next generation of female leaders to succeed, and we do this by matching mentors from our network of senior leaders in tech with professionals looking to progress in their careers. It’s free, with the option to donate to our global charity, St. Martin’s School in Kenya.

We are committed to embedding sustainability measures into our policies, strategies, and processes and raising awareness of climate change with our employees. We are also setting targets with the SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative), enabling us to monitor and benchmark our progress.

Spotlight on EcoVadis
In 2023, we retained our Silver Medal status* from EcoVadis, a globally recognized assessment platform that rates an organization's sustainability performance.
We improved our score by seven points compared to our previous annual assessment, taking our score up to 66/100, just four points away from gold. This also positioned us among the top 13% of all companies currently rated by EcoVadis and the top 6% of companies within the employment placement industry.
- Our latest score moves us into the advanced threshold overall
- 10 points gained in the Labor & Human Rights category, classing us as advanced in this area
- 10 points acquired for Ethics, our best-performing area, with a score of 80/100
- Rated as intermediate on Carbon Management, up from beginner previous year
- Listed in the 87th percentile of rated companies on EcoVadis (compared to 78th previously)
Our new score was an excellent acknowledgment of all our hard work in 2023 and we will look to make further progress throughout 2024.
